The Full Story
On paper I was a good student. In class I could solve almost anything. But in every timed mock my score dropped in a way I couldn't explain, and it was slowly driving me crazy.
The mock analysis finally showed me the truth: I wasn't losing marks to hard questions, I was losing them to careless mistakes and poor question selection under time pressure. It was a temperament problem, not a knowledge problem.
So I started using mocks to train my nerves, not just my knowledge. I practised which questions to attempt first, when to skip, and how to stay calm when the clock was running down. The more real the mock felt, the less the actual exam scared me.
I finished at 97.1 percentile in JEE Main. The concepts were always there — I just had to learn how to actually use them when it mattered.
Challenges Faced
Exam temperament. I knew the material but kept crumbling under time pressure, making careless errors and poor strategic choices in timed tests.
How Kitabey Helped
Realistic, exam-pattern mocks turned pressure into something familiar. Analysing my mistakes under time helped me build strategy and calm — skills no textbook teaches.
